Whilst the author(s) of all CPD College course have used their best endeavours to ensure insofar as possible the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in courses, no responsibility is taken by the author(s) or CPD College for any errors or omissions in courses. Nothing in CPD College courses including contributions to discussion forums from any party should be construed as professional advice of any sort. Where specific advice on a particular situation or case is required, the procurement and delivery of such advice is a matter for individual professionals. Candidates may cancel their course registration any time up to the payment of course fees. Once course fees are paid they are non-refundable. Email details of course participants may not be used for marketing of third party products or services without the permission of the individuals involved.
Candidates may cancel their course registration up to the point of final confirmation which occurs when participants access their chosen course. Once the course has been accessed fees paid are non-refundable.
Acceptable use of the site

We reserve the right to suspend the use of the site generally or to block your access to any part of the site and/or to suspend or terminate your rights to use the site or any part of it if we suspect misuse.
