Whilst the author(s) of all CPD College courses have used their best endeavours to ensure insofar as possible the accuracy and completeness of the information contained in courses, no responsibility is taken by the author(s) or CPD College for any errors or omissions in courses.
Nothing in CPD College courses, including content contributions from teacher-authors and/or contributions to discussion forums from any party, should be construed as professional advice from CPD College. The views and experiences shared by teacher-authors in our courses are personal insights based on their knowledge, qualifications, and individual classroom experiences. We recommend that each participant reflect on the suggestions and recommendations provided and carefully consider what will work best in their own unique teaching context. Individual discretion and professional judgment are advised. Where specific advice on a particular situation or case is required, the procurement and delivery of such advice is a matter for individual professionals. CPD College has agreements with multiple authors, publishers, third-party organisations, and media rights holders regarding the use of their content. Every effort has been made to avoid infringing any third-party-owned copyright material. However, if CPD College has inadvertently overlooked any copyright holders, we will be pleased to come to a suitable arrangement with them at the earliest opportunity.
Course cancellation
Candidates may cancel their course registration up to the point of final confirmation, which occurs when participants access their chosen course. Once the course has been accessed fees paid are non-refundable.
Acceptable use of the site
Any information contained on the site is for personal use only and may not be sold or distributed in any form. We reserve the right to suspend the use of the site generally or to block your access to any part of the site and/or to suspend or terminate your rights to use the site or any part of it if we suspect misuse. In accessing any part of our site, you agree not to use the site or cause or permit the site to be used in any manner which may prejudice or jeopardise the site's integrity or the operation of any network. You agree not to collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent or to distribute, download, upload, or transmit any material which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful or disruptive components. Certain of the intellectual property rights proprietary to CPD College have been registered, including, for example, certain logos and/or trademarks. You acknowledge and agree that all trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content contained within the Site shall remain at all times owned by CPD College or its licensors. CPD College reserves absolutely its rights in such registered intellectual property rights.
Within CPD College online courses, we provide links to external organisations and third-party websites. CPD College has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for these organisations or websites, and these links are provided solely for your information and as a matter of convenience only. Participants should not interpret these references or links as an endorsement or recommendation by CPD College, of the associated organisations and websites, or of their services.

The email addresses of course participants will not be used for the marketing of third-party products or services without the permission of the individuals involved.
It is understood that by providing us with your contact details when registering your profile on our website you are agreeing to receive communications from us.
